Hi Jesse, if you are using a policy to select interactions to review, the system will randomly select those interactions thru the month. It is not all at one time.
Once selected the interaction gets assiged to the evaluator assigned to the policy.
For the reporting aspect, in the performance workspace screen, select the interactions tab and you can filter the view. For evaluations there are about 15-20 filters you can use to get the detailed info.
I am not sure I understand the question about filtering evaluation data. Please take a look at Performance Workspace - Interactions tab - then select the Evaluations filter and see if that is what you are looking for.

We are relaunching our Evaluation form and had a few questions as we get ready to.
- In the Create evaluations by agents if I choose Monthly as the time interval and let's say 10 per agent.
- I read about the prorating and catch up but is it defined when those 10 evaluations are assigned?
- Is it all at once or spread out to the end of the month ensure the criteria of 10 in met?
- If the latter, is there specific logic in the cadence of those being assigned throughout the month?
- Is there any reporting on evaluations of the below, both rolled up total and by evaluator?
- Completed evaluations
- Pending/assigned evaluations
- Rescored evaluations
- Deleted evaluations
- Evaluator's avg score total and broken down by each question
On #2 I can see the full list of individual evaluators in the Quality Admin but there are no options to filter or sort by the evaluation data.
