Hello Shelby! This issue would be something worth pursuing with support. This is an indication that a cache may be out of sync on the backend side which is why Justin's suggestion below fixes it. Inactivating/activating essentially sticks them back in the cache to get things back in sync. Support can help you navigate information to gather to see if we can identify a bug that prevents this from reoccurring.
