Currently search condition & search result in "Queue activity" are gone(reset) after browser refresh or pressing F5 key.search condition & search result  in "Queue activity" were not gone a month ago even though browser refresh or pressing F5 key had been done .Our customer filed a claim for this change, and has been requesting us to put this behavior back to previous behavior.

Although this request had been issued as the case #00043894, the answer from you was that this behavior is expected one.So, if this behavior is intended one, please study whether either one in the below can be implemented?

a. Selected queues are redisplayed after browser refresh or F5. orb. Allow to select multiple queues at once even though search condition & rearch result are reset.

It is possible that caching allowed the search condition to persist on refresh, but it's never been an intentional feature. That being said, I have taken this issue to our Product Management team to see if we can come up with the best solution for you.
