  • 1.  Queue Monitoring in Salesforce Widget

    Is it possible to have a view of queue activity (eg statuses of available analysts, calls waiting, etc) in the Salesforce Genesys widget? 

    These are regularly referenced metrics but in our setup can only be accessed directly in the genesys app.

    This would be very useful, because Genesys doesn't support having another browser open with the native Genesys browser app showing the stats, while the Salesforce app doesn't have the My Queues option.
