I am looking for an API call that can quickly provide the status if a queue is currently open or closed based on time of day and programmed schedule in the system, similar to what the "Evaluate Schedule Group" action does in the Architect script.
More specifically, I am building a web app that can transfer a customer to the Genesys web messaging entry point but I only want it to do that when the chat queue is open.
The best I've found are /api/v2/architect/schedulegroups and /api/v2/architect/schedules to get the values that are assigned to a queue but then I will need to extract everything and do the time calculations. In a perfect world, I'd want to query to current state and just get back a true for open or false for closed. Is there anything like this available or something similar to make my life a bit easier?
