  • 1.  Queue Voicemail with 3 x Questions

    hi all,

    I have a requirement when caller is routed to Voicemail (VM)

    1. Caller reaches VM.
    2. Q1: "After the tone, please state a 10 digit phone number"
    3. Caller states number after tone and press #.
    4. Q2: "After the tone, please state your zip code"
    5. Caller states zip code after tone and press #.
    6. Q3: "After the tone, please state your address"
    7. Caller states address after tone and press #.

    i have been trying to get all 3 responses into VM via the Default VM Call Flow without success.

    Has anyone done this and are there any suggestions?

    I would suggest you call a bot from the voicemail flow that can ask the first two questions and send them as attributes on the voicemail and pop that when it comes in the queue.  The last question could be there recorded part since getting an address through ASR will be tough.  I assume this is an ACD Voicemail?
