    Hello everyone,
    I am creating a chatbot on Genesys Cloud integrated with Dialogflow CX.
    I would like to insert in my chatbot some quick replies (on Dialogflow CX, inside the custom payload).
    Can you help me?

    DialogFlow CX with Genesys Cloud does not currently support quick replies, only these bots.  I strongly suggest you consider using Genesys Cloud Bot Flows instead.

    Currently supported bots:

    • Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows
    • Amazon Lex V1
    • Google Dialogflow ES
    • BYOB Connector
    • Nuance Mix

    Currently supported channel targets include:

    • Genesys Web Messenger
    • Facebook Messenger
    • Twitter DM
    • LINE
    • WhatsApp Messenger
    • Instagram

    Hi,

       Documentation is clear on how to generate quick reply but not so much on how to manage answer when user clicked on the quick reply. For example, in the provided screenshot, what is the content of the route getQuickReplies ? Is integration only providing back the content of the payload field in a text format -> DialogFlow NLP must be trained to detect an intent based on the reply ? is it not possible to trigger an event based on the clicked button (to be 100% sure and not depending of a correctly trained NLP model) ?
