I have a major (and important query) regarding the Genesys API.
Currently when our agents go into busy mode they have the option to select a number of 'sub-presence' codes (for example we have washroom, admin work , admin, coaching, etc.). Unforunately I cannot get this data out of the system at all via the API (I only get the BUSY presence code but not its sub status).
I currenly have all these sub Presence code created unde Organization Settings- Status Management
