We are a primarily English-speaking company with a percentage of our customers speaking Spanish. We don't have any Spanish speaking agents and are looking for a Real Time Voice Translator App that would integrate with Genesys Cloud. Rumor had it that this was in the works for Genesys for late 2024, does anyone have any information on this? Or recommended solutions?
The 3rd party apps with live agent support are way out of our budget for the minimum number of Spanish calls we handle.
