    Looking for best practices on how to handle the recording of outbound queue calls and remain compliant with State Recording Laws.  Also seeking if any level of automation is possible to aid with this process.  Thoughts?

    No replies, thread closed.
    15 states have two-party laws and the other 35 have one-party.  Here is a good list:  Call Recording Laws and Regulations: US and International – Outreach Support.  I would not risk that you are calling some with a number from one state that lives in another.  I would suggest you look more at TCPA rules and just announce recording policies for ALL calls and/or have documentation in your privacy announcements.
