    Hi All,

    how can I delete voice recording from voice Interactions, as i tried before to delete one and have inserted a date to delete but it's not deleted yet

    Hello Osama, 

    How long has it been since you tried to delete? I have seen this take up to 48 hours depending on the org and call volume. 

    If its been more than 48 hours your next steps would be to have your admin open a Customer Care case with the interaction to see whats going on.

    I think records weren't deleted because of the check box Protected below, i retried while no check and it worked
