Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi,
I am reading one of document on Genesys website to export recording for PureCloud, link is given below: 
https://www.genesys.com/collateral/recording-export-for-the-purecloud-platform

But I don't see this option in our PureCloud.

It is a Professional Services package that you have to purchase separately, not something built-in to PureCloud. 

Have you purchased the package? If not, you'll need to contact your Sales rep.
