Hi,

I read the docs about storage and I've used the calculator, but I still have a few questions.

A GC3 named gets 32.5gb of storage "per month".

• Genesys Cloud 3 (Named): 32.5GB per billable agent

Does that continue to accumulate? So <Person X> has 32.5gb in their first month, then 65gb, then 97.5gb ... etc?

Or, as the storage is "per month" is the quota reset monthly but equally so is the allocation against that quota?

For example if we use say 5gb to keep 100% audio & screen recording for a user, we're well within the quota. But if we want to keep those for 12 months, then by the twelfth month it's 5gb + 5gb + 5gb + 5gb... (x 12) = 60gb.

Or is it like - In April 2022 that user had 32gb of storage available and used 5gb, and that storage will be unaffected regardless of how long you want to keep the recordings - then the same applies again in May 2022 and so on?

I would suggest you look at this calculator: Storage calculator - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

As you play with the months of storage, you will see that it seems to be cumulative.  I think that you have that amount available for each month, but it does not roll over to the next month.  If you exceed any storage limits in any given month, it will be charged for that month, but have not seen if that holds over time to be billable.
