Hi,

I'm able with the API to start (ON) and stop (OFF) an outbound campaign but I can't recycle it so the next time I start it. it will start from the top of the list.

DELETE /api/v2/outbound/campaigns/{campaignId}/progress  can recycle a campaign, but I can't use it in Data Action.

Any Idea how I can recycle the campaign?

The ability to use the Delete function in a data action is coming soon.  What you need it a small web service that calls that delete function outside of GC.

It is on the Target roadmap, so you are looking 4-9 months.  I would guess on the lower end.
