Hey,
I am working on the integration of my company's CRM with PureCloud.
Sometimes, on the call, the customer is giving us a different contact number to call. I am using this API endpoint to update contact data: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/client-libraries/ruby/OutboundApi.html#put_outbound_contactlist_contact
Data is updated correctly, however, to make that changes visible here I need to refresh the page:
Is there a way, that UI will monitor for updates and give smoother experience to agents?
