I was curious about this activity as well. From the description, it looks like it's related to sharing a quote or story that may be featured in a Genesys press release, but I couldn't find any documentation explaining the submission process.

Does anyone from the Orchestrators team know if there's a specific form or program to participate, or is this activity by invitation only?

I had the same question previously and received clarification from the Genesys Orchestrators team.

For the "Be featured in a Genesys press release" activity, you need to be featured in an official written Genesys press release, such as the example below:

https://www.genesys.com/company/newsroom/announcements/genesys-unveils-industrys-first-agentic-virtual-agent-powered-by-lams-for-enterprise-cx

From my understanding, there isn't a separate process to complete this activity it is achieved by being featured in an official Genesys press release.
