Regarding Procuring Number in other countries without a registered company in the location

    Hi All, 

    We are trying to procure a TFN and DID in the multiple countries (approx 30+ Countries). But we do not have a registered company in the any of the locations except United states. 

    Badly need help ! Can any one help and suggest ! We need to go live by Mid of Jan due to unforeseen project commitments.

    Hi Banurekha,

    Unfortunately Genesys cannot get around local telephony requirements. You will find similar statements from other providers. Some TFN will be allowable without being registered in that country. You can use the link below to check in with Genesys Cloud Voice Support.
