  • 1.  Release notes - Genesys Cloud

    Hello,

    I have been trying for weeks to subscribe to the release notes for Genesys Cloud, I get the welcome email from NA@email.genesys.com fine but nothing after that.

    this is to my work email and not a personal email.

    any suggestions as to what is might be?

    I have been in contact with support since, managed to get on to my email prefs page with this url Email Prefs

    I was set to receive release notes, I hope come monday I get one.

    Hi Terry, 

    I have seen this before and even experienced this in my past life, for me the root cause was the internal email rules within the work place were blocking the traffic however were not being blocked all the time. 

    I would advise raising a ticket internally within your business with the details your IT department would require, to fully validate you are receiving these you could also subscribe to these via a personal email address as this will allow you to provide evidence to your IT department that the emails are indeed being sent however not being received at you work email address.

    Hi Josh,

    I thought it was a quarentine issue too, but as I am the IT department 😁 I was able to check, other people have been receiving them but not me.

    lets hope they come on Monday after I get itno the email prefs page, I think the trick was to login to the release notes page with my support account and then i subscribled.
