    My Genesys Cloud Professional certificate expires in 3 months. Is there a way to renew it?

    Hi, 

    It is my understanding that you would need to take the test again to renew it. If you have earned orchestrator points, it could be free to do.

     Yes, there is! If you are part of the orchestrator program, you can exchange 200 points for a certification exam, including Genesys Cloud Professional.

    I have also heard that you can get a free voucher for re-certification for Genesys Cloud Professional (and also for the Developer certification), even if you don't currently have an active subscrition on Beyond.

    You just have to go on the Beyond catalogue and Enroll on those 2 Exams. (The other Exams ask for a subscription, but those 2 don't).

    I haven't tried myself, but I have heard from a friend who did it this way a few weeks ago, and it worked perfectly.

    Exactly as informed, to renew your certification you can use the points to obtain a certification (200 points) or subscribe to the available courses (1000 points).

    You can also purchase a voucher. I believe it's priced at $580.
