Hi, Just a list of things to check if you are renewing your certifications. These are based on the problems I had with my beyond subscription. All issues were resolved promptly, just a shame I did not act on point 1.
- Ensure that you try to register for a course as soon as you get your subscription as you may come across issue 2, but hopefully not
- If you see Subscription Required, a refreshed my profile by the beyond team resolved this
- I had attended some ILT when I obtained my certifications previously. This time I was unable to resubscribe to them this time although the eLearning option was there.
- If you have attended ILT or eLearning before, and step 3 has been tried/completed, I then found that I could not see the ENROLL option in any courses. In my case the beyond team had to unsubscribe me from every course I had attended previously
- You may have to go through step 2 if you are then unable to register for the exam. I was only seeing View Study Guide
Just to confirm, that although I have had a few issues as you can see, I know of others who do not have any issues, and so this is being provided as a ...in case you have a problem, these are what you should/can as the beyond support team to look into
