    How to get a report of deleted users per month in Genesys Cloud with timestamp or day or month listed ?

    I Beliave At the moment, Genesys Cloud does not provide a native report that shows os usuários excluídos com informações de data e hora (dia/mês).

    Once a user is deleted, they are removed from the user directory and there is no standard analytics or admin report that tracks historical deletions by date.

    may be able to retrieve user deletion events (DELETE User), along with timestamps using the Audit Logs API.

    I don't know how long this data remains available via API,  perhaps a solution would be to include this data in an external database.

    Hello Lalit,

    Like Kaio mentioned above, I don't think there is a report that returns this information.

    But there is a way of getting it for each user (if that helps you).

    1) To get the list of all deleted users, you can use this API: GET /api/v2/users?state=deleted

    2) Now to get the date in which they were deleted (one by one), you can use: GET /api/v2/users/{userId}/state

    With those 2 APIs you could build something that retrieves the IDs of all deleted users, and then runs those IDs one by one in the second API, getting the date for each one. Then you could generate a report based on that.
