  • 1.  Reporting on Adoption

    I cannot see a way to check on which users are actively using the multi-panel UI. As this can be switched on and off during an interaction I'm doubting that there is any data but wanted to check I'm not missing anything.

    From an end customer perspective, understanding who is using or not using the UI will be useful to target users for any training or feedback.

    Hi Richard we are working with our development team to see if there anything we can implement that is customer facing.  Please reach out to me directly I can see if we can identify something via our internal tools in the interim.

    Hi Shauna,

    At this time we only have an internal tool. That provides usage but not detail user information.  Unfortunately we may not have anything that is customer facing available for this release.
