Good day, I am struggling to find where to view a report on the status of evaluations for a team of evaluators.  Where will I see if it was released and accepted by the agent or disputed?  Where will I find the summarized view for all evaluations?  I need to report on number completed, number released, number accepted or disputed by agents, number rescored and number  of disputes that were declined.

As of this writing, there's no comprehensive reporting for evaluations that includes everything you are looking for in one view.

We developed our custom report in BI and we're extracting evaluations data via Genesys API.

You can try running the Agent Evaluation view and filter by Division in order to download the detail report instead of summary:
