Reporting on information gathered in scripts

    No replies, thread closed.

    We currently extract data via the PureCloud API into our EDW. However we are unable to find any calls or any method to report on the information agents gather in graphical scripts.

    Has anybody managed to achieve this?

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
