Hi, am trying to figure out how to run a report or query via API on interactions that were originally recorded by the trunk-side recording, but then subsequently deleted by a policy. When I run an Interactions report, the recording column with show a flag of Y, but when opening up the interaction will see that it was deleted. Is there a way to report on interactions with recordings deleted?

Hello Brian,

There isn't a report in the UI that can show this. But I do have a work around, from this idea. 

You should use the async "Audit Events" API. Search for recording delete audit events With Service = Quality, EntityType = Recording, Action = Delete).
