    Hello Communiteers,

    I understand purecloud is designed in a way that any user can login from anywhere but our client wants their agents to only be able to login from their designated desks and PCs whose IPs have been white-listed. This is to make sure their Logged-In status means they are physically present on the floor and obviously the security reasons.

    The analogy they provided is - their salesforce tenant allows them to restrict their login URL to a group of IPs/Users. So being "cloud based" PureCloud should be able to bind a set of IPs with their organization.

    Any help?
