    Hi All, 

    Wondering if there is any hints and tips on restricting transfers to queues within a division. Has anyone else come up against this at all.

    Hi Stef,

    Utilizing Access control may work, by restricting access to queues outside of a user division.

    I found a previous thread with some recommendations and also a list of ideas that could be relevant: Prevent certain queues from being transferred to?

    This is within the same division sadly, and also out of hours transfers as well
