    Can anyone tell me what permissions are required and how to retain and or extend records of evaluations and calibrations (for a call center)

    Not catching what you are asking for.  Is it you want to export recordings or the actual evaluation data?  Retain in Genesys or in another location?

    I want to be able to save or retain actual completed evaluation and calibration data in Genesys for up to 5 years. Alternatively, if unable to retain in Genesys, export to other location.
