  • 1.  Retirement of Activity View Courses for both Supervisor and Agent

    Genesys has retired the legacy My Activity page and moved the capabilities into the new Genesys Cloud Home page, as of May 2026. Therefore, Education will be retiring the WEM - Supervisor Activity View and WEM - Agent Activity View courses at the end of this month and replace them with new courses called User Home for Supervisors and User Home for Agents.
    Additional Community posts will be provided to announce the release of the new courses.
