I have a question regarding retrieving custom attributes that we set on the website using the formula :

Ex: Genesys("command", "Database.set", { messaging: { customAttributes: { NumABO: '12345' }}}.
When performing a mapping action from a segment to a web message, we can retrieve these attributes via Set Participant Data and consequently utilize them.

However, when mapping a segment to a workflow, no conversation is managed, and I'm unsure how to retrieve these participants that we need to utilize within the workflow, for example, for sending an email.
When I retrieve the session in the workflow using the following block :

I find two variables containing the attributes, but they are empty, and I'm unsure if these variables will meet my requirements or not.

Could you assist me with this matter?
