/ api / v2 / conversations / {conversationId} / recordingmetadata When executed this api, the return value (recordingId) is returned as an array, is there sometimes more than one element coming in here?

Yes, conversations can have more than one recording associated with them.

Thanks, Tim!
For example, at what moment are multiple RecordingIDs? I've never seen before.

An example would be when the call is transferred to a different agent.

HI, I've checked this situation. But there is a single recordingId. Here is a sample. Conversationid:5d32a6e5-249d-4279-95de-fce71565aea0 Although it's transferred twice, only one recordingId exist.

As we found a case where RecordingID is two, I checked the case where RecordingID is two. After all, Is it correct with the understanding that RecordingId is created for each channel of trunk?

Understanding how the base system works is really a better discussion for the PureCloud Community Forum or a case with PureCloud Care. There are some configuration settings for recordings on the trunk.
