    Hi Everyone,

    Is there a way to run a report on a user's Roles & Permissions? I know the way of looking in Admin > People to see the full list, but I our managers are required to audit their staff's permissions quarterly. If there was a way to run an official report, that would be best.

    Hi Tim,

    There is not a way to export this directly from the UI but there is an Idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab: Export list of permissions and which roles currently have each permission which has been merged into idea: View Roles by Permission.

    I would recommend voting on the idea and adding your use case
