    Hi All,

    I read on some release notes some time ago that Genesys cloud had rotating workplans on the roadmap is that still the case? is there any timeline on when it may be in place?

    We just completed our design and the team have started to develop. We do not have a ETA yet, however work is underway.

    Hi Darren,

    Work Plan rotations have a target delivery date in December, 2020, however that is subject to change as the team is just now beginning to work on it.  If you have access to our Ideas lab, the details of what we will be delivering can be found here: https://genesys.aha.io/ideas/CLWFO-I-10.
