Definitely doable. You could use different DNIS digits with a table lookup for that DNIS and route to the Flow what you want based on that lookup. If only a couple of numbers, you may as well use a switch in the original flow. Yes, you can also have a collect input at the beginning of the Flow and use the input of that to lookup the route. We do this a lot to simulate DNIS numbers that have not ported over to Genesys so we can test routing.

Subject: Route call to Gen Cloud internal number
Hi Samuel!
I was looking for the way to assign some internal number, like 5000 to Application B, configure this number in the datatable and then when inbound call comes to Application A it does lookup in the table and transfer to App B using number 5000. This way if the version of App B change (after we clone it) - I can simply assign DN 5000 to new application.
Thanks

Hi Vitalii,
You want to look up the full number in the datatable using a short code and then route to that number?

Hi all,
I have application which have TFN assigned to it.
Is it possible to route call to other application using short internal 5-7 digits number which is received from datatable? (in PEC we called them DN of routing point type).
