Correct - Find user prompt is the way to go. That doesn't require a republish...but it is not instant. ...

You can always try TTS or I believe if you use the Find Prompt feature, that does not require a republish when the prompt is changed. Maybe

Correct - Find user prompt is the way to go. That doesn't require a republish...but it is not instant. There is a cache involved so it can take a few minutes to actually update and play in your test calls.
