Does the Salesforce/Genesys managed package have the CSAT survey SCORES readily available for interactions? or Does salesforce developer need to query the Genesys API for this information for each interaction?
Is there documentation on what type of information is readily available in the managed package without any type of API implementation and how to retrieve this information so this can be provided to our Salesforce developer so they can ingest many of these metrics into their flows and reporting?
