    Hi,

    When the Citrix server closes, it only saves some of the browser files and directories. I want to know which directory contains the web CRM client settings so we can ensure we are saving that directory and file. Is there any way to know exactly where these settings are saved as in Citrix, you decide which browser settings you want to save. It would be extremely helpful if I was able to know which are being used by PureCloud so we can instruct on which ones need to be saved.
