We have datadip to salesforce contact table based on phone number. 50% of time datadip is working as expected but in some instances it is not working in desired way. Is there anyway in conversation API which will tell me that datadip with salesforce was successful or not.

Bridge actions have success, failure, and timeout exit paths. You could set different data on the participant based on which path it took so you can retrieve that data later.
