Could you help me with a question below..
We have a GC for SFDC and I need to create a mechanism to start and stop campaigns.
This already works using SFDC, which automatically creates a campaign schedule tab, but creates it for a 24-hour period.
If we create entries in the campaign schedule tab (GC UI) to start and stop a campaign (which was created by the GC for SFDC integration), can this configuration cause errors/unexpected behaviors and cause negative impacts on the campaign and operation?
Is this a way to go or not recommended?
If it is not recommended, how can we get around Star/Stop? Could a field be configured in the SFDC with date and time or would this not work since in the SFDC campaign I can only select the start date and end date?
