    Is it possible to only show office hours in the dropdown box in an agent script when scheduling a callback?

    You could possibly code something to achieve this, but if you wanted to tie it to that actual Schedules / Schedule Groups currently in place, you'd be out of luck.

    Please see this idea and give it some love!

    Hi, we are struggling with the same issue. The latest idea, not implemented yet was via flow, that bounces back an interaction if it isn't scheduled during a valid time. Not sure if this works out well, but might be a seed to start your own solution. Would love to hear how you finally mitigated your problem.
