Workforce Engagement Management

I wasn't sure what call the action but previously agents were able to mouse over an activity on their schedule and see the comment section that would tell them what was scheduled.  Example, we manually schedule a training and place the details in the comment section they could mouse over and see the information.  Now they only see training.  This started about a month ago, those in supervisor roles can still see the information if we mouse over but not the analyst.
