Genesys Cloud - Main

Good morning

Apologies if this has been covered before.

I have a colleague who has configured several scheduled reports using their own Genesys account. These reports are distributed to various people throughout our organisation.

This colleague is leaving our organisation and I need to preserve this reporting. Is there a way to copy these reports to another user or do I need to recreate each of these reports on another account?

Hi George

At this time you would need to recreate the exports, although there is an idea: Allow Admins and/or Supervisors to view other users scheduled exports on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab that is looking at amending/disabling/deleting scheduled exports. I would certainly vote for this idea and add your use case around copying the scheduled export or moving the scheduled export to a different user due to someone leaving.

I am also going to move this thread across to the Genesys Cloud Reporting and Analytics Community to see if anyone else has any other ideas.
