Genesys Cloud CX: WEM - Schedules for Agents eLearning course has been updated to include the latest enhancement: Team Schedule View, a new feature that allows agents to view their teammates' schedules!
This update strengthens visibility and teamwork across your contact center. Agents no longer need to rely solely on supervisors or messaging tools to coordinate coverage. Instead, they can view real-time schedule alignment within their own management unit which supports smoother operations, better collaboration, and faster shift coordination.
With Team Schedule View, agents can:

View the schedules of colleagues in the same management unit

See who they're working with during a shift

Identify who is scheduled before or after their shift

Spot teammates who may be available for a shift swap
Administrators manage access at the management-unit level, ensuring that only authorized agents can view team schedules. The view is read-only, keeping schedule data secure while improving team transparency.
