Genesys Cloud - Main

I have two agents who are not able to see anything within the scorecard or leaderboard. They were able to see this information last week but no longer can. One person is a supervisor and the other is a standard agent. Their roles and permissions did not change from last week to this week. 

Any ideas on what could have caused this?

If you use Chrome or Edge for your browser, they released an update causing an issue with Genesys gamification.
