Hello Genesys Community!

We are making slight changes to the Screen Recording Playback UI, the enhancement will improve usability by introducing icons with fresher and modernized look and feel. In addition, the icon and its spacing will auto adjust in the event when the screen is in reduced resolution to avoid icon cluttering and overlapping.

The UI refresh consists solely of stylistic enhancements and does not impact the functionality of the Screen Playback UI or the order of placement for each icon.

Dear @Fred Huang, thank you for this UI updates.  Are you aware of any plans for an overall revamp of the screen recording player?  The ability to see a continues video+audio of the call instead of independent videos of each segment, or the ability to download the entire call in a single .mp4 file.  Let me know, thank you.

Hi Luis, the merging of the call into one single file for download is something we would consider in the future, however, at this point it is not planned on the roadmap.
