    I am trying to enable scripts for my team. I have created scripts and published them. However when agents are received inbound calls the script icon is not showing for them. I cannot find a way to enable this. It works only on outbound calls. 

    Does anyone know how to enable them for inbound calls?

    This is the button I am looking to enable for the team during inbound calls. This screenshot was taken during an outbound email.
