  • 1.  Script Radio Button to be selected as default?

    Hi, I was curious if anyone may know if there may be a clever way to have a radio button defaulted and selected when a script loads up? I don't see anything in the advanced configuration and documentation regarding such a feature, just curious if anyone may have potentially figured out a creative way to accomplish this if it's even possible within the options Genesys provided for scripts.

    Hey there Luke,

    I believe if you set a value on the button, it will select it by default.
