While an agent is on a customer chat, I need the agent to be able to call the customer if desired. That I can do with no scripting. But what I need to do is attach the userdata from the chat into the new outbound call.
Is this possible? Is there a way to write a script that while on a chat, a button will initiate the outbound call to the saved number (if exists) of the customer, and attach the userdata of the chat onto the voice call?
