  • 1.  Secure pause option for Communicate users

    Hi,

    Is anyone aware of a workaround for the inability of communicate users to be able to secure pause recording? One of our customers is looking for alternatives as they don't want to upgrade to CX3 just for this limitation. We suggested to manually delete the call through supervisor. However they want to hear from the community if anyone was able to come up with a better alternative.

    It's far from ideal but one way is to consult/conference to a DDI that has an Architect flow against it.  In that Architect flow you call a data action that disables the recording for that conversation.  You have a second DDI for turning recording back on if you need that.
