Hi there,
i have contacts with multiple numbers, is there a quick and easy way to see which number was dialed on the agent Script?
You can show what number the th called (DNIS) and what they dialed from (Remote number). If you get them from trough a data action in the Call Flow or a data action in the script, you could list any that are associated with the contact in the script. Which are you looking for?
